Q. Can I bring my pet?
A few of our most frequently asked questions are answered below. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if there is anything else we can help you with.
Yes, pets are allowed in certain types of accommodation. There is a small additional charge and notification of their attendance must be made at the time of booking, but we love to welcome the whole family!
Q. What is included in the accommodation price?
Heating and electricity is included within the cost of a cottage as well as bed linen, towels and tea towels. Cottages also include fully equipped kitchens and lounge areas.
Q. Do you have cots and high chairs available?
Yes, cots and high chairs are available for use during your stay free of charge, simply request them when making your booking.
Q. Does my cottage have internet access?
There is internet available in all cottages apart from the Loft and the Stable, but guests staying in these units can access the guest WiFi in the entrance lobby of the main office building.
Q. What deposit is required?
The deposit amount is £100 regardless of length of stay. The full balance is payable six weeks before your arrival date. Please note deposits are non-refundable.
Q. Do mobile phones work at Parkergate Cottages?
Most mobile networks are available.
Q. What time can we check in?
Check in is between 3pm – 6pm. If you plan to arrive after 6pm, please phone the manager on 07718-703731 to make arrangements for your arrival.
